Access

You send us an inquiry with your reservation dates and room preferences via email, the website reservation form or the reservation platforms we are registered with. We will answer to your request within 48 hours.

You can also make a booking yourself directly on our site by clicking on the corresponding button "make a reservation" or "booking inquiry"

You will need to provide valid Visa or Master card information at time of booking to hold your reservation.

Dependent on your the rate plan you booked you have different cancellation policies:

Universal rate: If you cancel less than 21 days prior to your scheduled arrival, you don’t show or leave early we will charge the full rental amount.

Flex Traveller rate:  If you cancel less than 5 days prior to your scheduled arrival, you don’t show or leave early we will charge the full rental amount.

There are many ways to explore Paris. If you want to discover the Marais the easiest is to walk. The Marais is small enough to be explored by foot. 

Alternatively you can rent a scooter (“trottinette”) through the Apps Lime, Bolt and Tier. Scooters are parked everywhere throughout Paris in designated areas and can be unlocked with the Apps directly for use. The closest scooter parking is around the corner of rue Saintonge & rue de Normandie. 

Bikes are also available for rental through some of these Apps. Alternatively you can find city bike stations almost everywhere in town. The closest is 3 minutes away at the corner of rue de Turenne and rue de Bretagne. To learn how to use it go to www.velib-metropole.fr

For longer distances the public transportation remains still the best and fastest option.  The closest Metro station is Metro nr 8 Filles du Calvaires – 4 min walk away from our apartment. Tickets can be bought in the station.

Bus 91 or 96 leave from Jean-Pierre Timbaud – 3 minute’s walk away.

If you arrive by car you should reserve a parking spot in advance at the parking garage nearby:  Parking Paripark – Barbette – www.paripark.fr

Check-in will be between  4pm-7pm in the afternoon. On your day of depature we ask that you check out by 12 pm noon.
If it does not conflict with other reservations, we will always try to accommodate you with early or late arrivals and departures.

Yes, there is free WIFI in the apartment.

Yes, we do have hypoallergenic pillows and comforters available. Please indicate your preference at time of reservation.

NO, smoking is not allowed in the apartment, in front of it, in the stairways or in the building’s courtyard

We do not allow pets.

Yes. The temperature can be adjusted manually.

Yes, there is a safe deposit box. Please make sure to empty it before you leave.

Yes, there is a washer built into the kitchen and a drying rack in the closet of the lobby. Further there is a dry cleaner in the building at street level on rue de Turenne.
